About Us

The Woman’s Club of Lakeside is dedicated to serving the community since 1910. Our club is considered a large club with 82 members as of mid- 2024. With the increased membership over the years, we outgrew our original location of the Olde Church and in 2021 moved our meeting place to the Lakeside VFW.

We welcome new members from all over, you don’t need to be a Lakeside resident to join the Woman’s Club of Lakeside. This group is dedicated to maintain our mutual service goals and engages in the many projects we support.

Our Philanthropy spans not only in the Lakeside community, but areas surrounding  San Diego County. Our members are committed to volunteering. Some of our current projects are: 

• Meals on Wheels-President project
• Lakeside Christian Help Center (donations of goods or money)
• Cancer Research Funding and Support- Team Parker
• Veterans
• Children’s Art Show/Run for the Arts
• Quilt Show 
• Sewing Circle- items donated to various causes
• Bunco Fundraiser (to benefit the community)
• Domestic Violence Awareness
